New juice is making me sick.

I recently placed a juice order and got my juice yesterday. I vaped some of it and got super sick off it. Really sick. I got super nauseous, got a banging headache, got the sweats, it made my chest hurt and made me feel like I was getting the flu. I've gone back to smoking cigarettes for the time being because they don't make me sick. I'm fearful of trying the other bottles of juice I ordered. I really don't feel like being poisoned. It's from a company I've ordered a lot of juice from and they've always sent me a good product. Could it be possible I got a bad batch of juice? Would a company be willing to take back bad juice?

It sounds exactly like they sent you the wrong nic level -- nausea, headache, the sweats, ALL are nic OD symptoms. And you can't count on what's shown on the bottle being correct -- someone in the bottling area could have goofed.

Just curious, but where did you get it and what was the nic level supposed to be? You might, as a courtesy, notify them. If they care, they may want to pull the batch. Some companies care about customer satisfaction and won't want a bad batch floating around out there.

They might even replace it, if you send it back to them -- but that's why I suggested a nic test kit, so you could see for yourself if the nic is too high rather than having to take their word for it.

I think Andria's exactly right, and this is the same thing I thought when I first read your post--that is sounds like nic sick. Definitely contact the company you bought it from. Even if they don't replace it (which they should!), they should be told there's a problem.

Had no idea that was something that could happen,I tried a few puffs of a 6mg flavor my friend had at a party and I figured it wouldn't make much of a difference since I sometimes buy 3mg juices that I can't find w/o nicotine and dilute them w/ some zero nic liquid,never had much of an issue with that other than being kinda light headed & dizzy but I got really sick that night and I just figured it was an early hangover or something I ate. I'll be sure to stay far away from anything higher than diluted 3mg from now on.

It doesn't seem like a big diff, in numbers, but 6mg is twice as strong as what you're used to -- exactly as if I vaped some 18mg or 20mg -- which would make me sick as a goat! Since I'm working on weaning down from WTA, lately I've been alternating between 9mg and 9.5mg for the nicotine, and after a week at 9.5mg after 2 weeks of 9mg... well, let's just say, I'm not constipated anymore. Yesterday I went back to 9mg so my stupid innards would SETTLE DOWN!

I vape 9 nic mostly and if I put some of my old 24 nic into a kayfun I would definitely OD with headaches and shakes. I am also prone to morning headaches from hitting the vape too hard when I wake up so I have to carefully watch my morning vaping. You also could be having a reaction to their PG, there are lots who can't vape PG but I'm not one of them so I can't help with the allergic reaction symptoms of PG.

I agree that it could be too much nic in the juice but after some serious thought, I think it's the juice. You may not like a flavoring in the juice which the very taste of it made you want to vomit or it may actually be a bad batch. I can use a 10 mg juice in my dripper and take an 10 second hit and not cough or get the harsh throat. I tried a juice in a vape shop a week ago that was 3 mg and had a coughing fit. Twice. I've also tried some 5 pawns juice that was so bad it actually made me mad that the shop would sell it even though he claimed others like it. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

That's more or less my feeling on every juice Halo makes. It makes me wonder if I'm the only one in the world with functioning tastebuds.

You are absolutely not alone. I have had juice flavor multiple times in the course of a day. Even the juices I diy. I think what happens is that they have tastes that I associate from other products. I enjoyed fruity bubble gum as a child and get that taste with some juices as a background flavor even though the juice is primarily strawberry or pineapple etc. Maybe it's me. Sometimes it happens in a single hit and the next one reverts back to the original taste. Ever smoke a cigarette and get a whiff of the leafy green herb? It's the same thing except I'm getting notes that shouldn't be there or aren't advertised as being in the mix.

This is , without question a nic overdose situation , OP please don't be afraid to vape , not worth going back to real cigs . Did you use an RDA or sub ohm tank which you normally don't use for vaping ? Contact the vendor immediately .

Sometimes people will tale big inhales in rapid succession which can definitely cause what you went through , you don't feel like your getting a satisfactory hit and then all of a sudden your on the floor .

Yeah.. I use Inawera Shisha Strawberry at 16% in my ADV... and I swear to god, sometimes I taste coconut in it.
