I've been lucky thus far between starting a much lower stress job that allows me to sleep more than 3hrs a night and limited travel (vs no sleep, high stress, constant travel) and starting vaping i've been pretty healthy.
I got my "new job"/"kids started school" cold series last fall, but aside from that its been good.

Even when smoking when I was fully sick and congested of course smoking was blah. you still do it of course because you need the nic. Does anyone have a juice they keep or use when sick?
I gave away my menthol because it was like vaping vaporub, but I wonder if I shouldn't have kept it for this purpose.
I'm feeling a bit phlemmy today which would be a first since vaping, but I'm thinking my cucumber/mint or cider fire from MBV which I won't vape normally....but would cut through phlem a bit.
