New lavatube v2.5

well i just opened my new Chrome Lavatube V2.5 today and set everything up. the chrome finish is amazing but the only thing i noticed were 3 small scratches in the finish i just sent them an email about that a minute ago. now the fun part is finding my right voltage or wattage setting . the pdf contains the picture of the scratches i hope volcanoecigs can take care of this.

When i got my LT it was spotless i also got the anodized aluminum in black. I drop it all of the time and still have no marks on it. LT has really good CS so you should be good to go. If they deem it a big enough customer issue they should replace or at the very least issue a partial refund. that is what happened to my friend when he got his. it had a long scratch down the side and they gave him some money back

My Lavatube came to me spotless, so no worries there on my end. But, Volcano has some excellent customer service, so I wouldn't be worried at all. It's a pretty good APV, been happy with mine so far. Have fun with your LavaTube!

yea i think ill call them later it wouldnt be a big deal except i got it in chrome and paid extra for the chrome finish did you look at the picture i posted in the pdf shows a real good pic of the scratches

Well i called them and i do have to say there customer service is 150% in my book by far the best customer service i have ever dealt with. they got the picture of the scratches and they are sending me a new one for free and it is in a prepaid shipping envelope so i will just send my scratched one back when i get the new one and then they will destroy my card information after they get the new one. can't wait to get my scratch free lavatube. but i have only had 1 cigarette today and i normally smoke a pack a day been vaping like crazy thou lol.

That's good to hear. Their CS is one of the reasons I purchased from them, and I didn't even need to use it. It's legendary, though, to read about it and your experience is no different. Glad you had a great experience with them.

thanks very much with as much health problems as i have i shouldn't have even smoked in the first place. i started smoking mainly due to a very stressful life growing up i started smoking when i was 16 and i am 20 now turn 21 last day of august. so if i quit now i should avoid at the least the lung cancer later in life imma go setup my signature to show i've been an ex-smoker for ... love this forum too. i am a forum type of person i love them and talk on them all the time so now that my vaping journey has begun you will see lots of me on here.
