A faster, more secure, and more customizable version of the software. Benefits also include not having backups make the forum inaccessible.

I'm pretty much okay with change and upgrades... I look forward to exploring the new features.
However, I also like comfortable familiarity.
I hate the current color theme though. Yellowish/Burnt Orange (how would you describe the ugly color at the top of the page?) is an icky color. It doesn't seem to blend well with blue and white. Yuck. :/

Maybe this isn't the time or place, but might I make the suggestion that the user's avatar and other info be moved to the top of each message, instead of to the left of it.

I think it would look better, and provide more width on the screen for the text of the message. Sometimes I like to lie down on the couch when I'm reading the forum, so I increase the text size so that I can see better from farther away - but then the user-info is pushed off the screen from the zoom and it's a pain.

I was going to ask the same thing. I have always used the Black and Blue template. So I hope they bring that back or a dark theme when they finalize the forum.

I like it so far. I have to learn my way around the forum again, but I think it's going to be worth it, in the long run. Is the CMS section going to be added soon, or is that dead, for now ???

I'm pretty new here anyways so the change won't be as bad for me since I was still learning.
Hope the search functions will improve as I was having a hard time finding info I was looking for.

Calm down Wiz, everything will be ok. Times are a changin', we have 43,000 members now, heck, that's 20,000 more than we had when I joined last November. It had to be done. We will all get used to it.
