Hey guys,
Just wanna drop in and say I ordered a Lemo2 to try my hand at rebuilding. It come with a coil and wick at .5ohm already in place. This thing really works awesome... tons of flavor and vapor and can even MtL hit if I dial down the air almost all the way. I do have two hopefully easy questions I'm sure someone knows the answer to...
How high of wattage can you push these or any handmade coil to? Also when you wick a new one, since it doesn't come with much info on it, how do you know if you're putting too much cotton in, and is there a trick to get the cotton right where it needs to be in that little wicking channel from the tank to where the coil is so the juice gets absorbed quickly and properly but without flooding it?
TIA and I know I'm know pro sub-ohmer by any means lol but for someone thinking about one this tank really works awesome.

hey the lemo2 is a nice tank, there are many ways to build it, I've seen alot of videos out there with Ni200 builds - which i prefer to kendall (i like temp control vaping), however i noticed the original coil that comes with it maybe it's just the one i have, but have you noticed a real loud POP noise and it spits super-hot juice right in your mouth as to afraid of burning yourself? happens to me after it sits for abit and then you start vaping POP like en explosion no idea why it happens, i posted on another thread about this too hoping maybe someone knows why it does that?

YouTube will be your friend for wicking, you want the channels open and clear of wick - the wick should be right next to those channels but not blocking them. Plenty of options for what coils you can put in them. I personally prefer spaced coils in my RTAs vs micro coils. As far as wattage, I normally run mine between 20-30w because I'm getting a nice flavorful vape out of it but you can push it to whatever you want, depends on how hot you like your vapor.

Out of the box I found the Lemo 2 to be a dry hitter. Drilling some holes in the side of the chimney solved this. Just drill where you could see cotton if hole where there.

I got several of those tanks going out for nickel builds so ended up with afew of the stock .5 coils extra. BTW because of the twp piece base its kinda a luke warm performer for TC. OK but not great. Anyway those stock coils IMHO sit to high up and are to low for the Lemo 2. I build it at 1Ω at 26ga 3mm and seven wraps and much closer to the air hol. Rayon wicks. At 30-40w I find this to be a solid performer.

Hey man just curious, I'm going to try a Ni200 28awg build on this, any suggestions as to diameter and wraps for lemo on tc? also about the extra holes in the chimney, you mean in actual chimney or just expanding the holes on the base? very very curious to try this, any photos would be greatly appreciated!

10 wraps of 28ga at 3mm gets me at .15Ω.
