Hi Mabzie and welcome aboard!

Looks like the eroll equipment is pretty reasonable price-wise.

Here's the link to their site:
eRoll series spare parts

Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!

I hope you find something that works for you at work. Joytech makes an automatic 510 battery, which can be used with any attomizerbthat takes its airflow from the threaded 510 connector. I am thinking the protank 1, because it works well, and has a fixed tip so you can hold it in your mouth. I definitely recommend getting something manual (button) for when you are not working. The eleaf I stick 20w is a solid device that also works with the protank. You'd be surprised how quickly you can adapt if your nicotine needs are being met. And you can quit cigarettes completely! I smoked a pack or two a day and now I am down to 1mg liquid from 26mg last December. Good luck!

A lot of people have been saying istick, so maybe I'll go with that. Are they available at stores (U.S., Michigan) or just online?

Any particular model?

Also what is an atomizer, cartomizer, tank, etc?

The atomizer is the unit that actually gets heated up by the battery and vaporizes the juice. It consists of a coil of wire which will heat up when powered by a battery. It also contains wicking material which will wick the juice and bring it to the coil. A cartomizer is another name for the blu/Vuse style cartridges. It contains an atomizer/coil and a "sponge" made up of wicking material. This sponge gets saturated with the juice. A clearomizer is just another name for a tank system. It can be made of clear or colored plastic or glass. There will be an atomizer/coil in the tank and the tank is filled with the juice and as you vape, the juice level goes down.

I think it is a good recommendation to get two systems, one good mod and tank system that you can use on your down time where you don't need to multitask by working and vaping at the same time, and a light system that you can dangle from your mouth when you are working. Although I can pretty much guarantee that over time, you will rather vape using the mod and tank system than the cigalike system simply because the experience using a good mod will be so much better.

You can find the iStick at any good vape store, of course you will be paying a premium for it versus buying it online (probably about $20 more). And that will be just the battery and you will need to get yourself a tank as well.

I stick 30w for 30$
iStick 30W VV/ VW Box Mod by EleafUS - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes
aspire nautilus 22$
iStick 30W VV/ VW Box Mod by EleafUS - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes
subtank mini for 33$
Genuine Kanger Subtank Mini Clearomizer - 101 Vape
istick 50w 50$
Eleaf Istick 50 watt (4400 mah) FULL KIT - 101 Vape

personally I would suggest the 50w istick and subtank(the last two links). that's a really a mod set for a "more advanced" vapor. whatever that is.
it'll offer you a place to start, a glass tank that subohms and a mod that subohms as well. the thing is as most of us vape we start wanting more vapor , as in open up the airflow, the subtank lets you grow with it. and you wont be replacing the tank every month as your preferences change, you'll just be opening up the airflow. closed down the draw will be tight like you're used to opened up and you're getting more of a satisfying hit that will shy you away from smokes.
the cigalikes and pen styles offer limited power capability where the 30 and 50w isticks give you more than enough. furthermore the 50w may last you 2-3 days between charges. the other upside to the subtank is if you decide you want to try rebuilding as you vape, you have a kit with the subtank to play with while still using replaceable coils.
I wish stuff like that was available when I started. we had to want to vape hard...lol

OP, this is what I'm using and I'm very happy with it.

Unisex Heated Rider Sports Vest-Black | Blazewear USA I don't know why this link
is mislabeled, it's for the Kanger EVOD starter kit from VapeSuperSaver for $26 + shipping.

This one is actually over $10 cheaper not including shipping than I paid for mine and I thought I got a decent deal.

I was smoking 2 packs a day of 305 Menthol lights. Last Friday waiting on the mail to arrive, I had 3 smokes left. The mail with my starter
set arrived at 2 PM Friday. I did finish smoking those last 3 and not a single ciggie or desire for one in the 5 days since.

My batteries are lasting me almost all day on 1, I can't imagine vaping enough to kill both batteries in 1 day.

The EVOD brand is a respected one, there is a 14 page thread on them here and lots of positive reveiws on YouTube. You can also get them in
several colors or if you want to go more stealth like I did, the Matte Black is nice too.

I've been using mine almost a week now with the complete desired result and I haven't seen or read anything since then that would have had me
start with something else.
