I just got one and the battery died on me after trying my 3rd charge. It's usless. The battery is so small and there is no way to replace the battery. I asked for some feedback on this several times but was ignored by Brian over at Clouds of Vapor. Thought he should at least get back to me, because I purchase lots of stuff that day. A 5Volt WOW, Tenergy 2 LiFePo4 batteries and Charger Pack, 3 different adapters.
He just lost a very good customer. You would be better off getting the Gripper for $20.00.

I finally got a response about my purchase and would like to withdraw my opinion on the matter about customer service when my return for refund is completed. There is a 14 day return policy, but waiting for a response asking for feedback and help on the matter with several emails, cut into my return policy days. The owner said just return it for a refund. I spent $95 that one day on the site. Prices seem competitive and fair and they have some interesting products. I had a business for 7. I would like to give Brian a fair shake as I know that sometimes it takes awhile to get back to everyone by email running a business.

madvapes mega ego cartomizer kit!

I smoke more than a pack a day of Marlboro reds. I like to switch to e-cigs, but am not having much success. So far, I've tried several the gas station e-cigs, mall brands and the Victory groupon (which looks like a 510 system with cartomizers).

The gas station menthols have worked the best at satisfying my cravings. The Victory ecigs didn't have enough taste or nicotine.

I'm hoping to discreetly vape. I don't want the system to look anything like an analog or a drug pipe. (Some of the mouth pieces look like crack pipe fittings.) I've been looking at 510 systems with a separate, refillable atomizer and cartridge. I'm fine with mid-size or using a manual system. I indifferent about a tip light, but I don't want red. I'd rather not have a lot of extra bling or lights. I want something that is very plain.

I'd like 24 mg liquid with the harsh feeling of analog without a smell (for now at least).

I'd prefer to buy a kit, but, after clicking through several of the vendors, haven't found one that looks like what I need.

I don't mind paying a little extra to get the right equipment to start and to buy everything from a single vendor.

Like to say that once Brian got back to me about sending back the KeyRing Trog, his customer service was great. Very easy and quick. I like that he sent a reimbursement invoice showing the refund.

That's good to know, and I appreciate you setting the record straight. Many would have just taken the refund without comment and left those of us that haven't dealt whit that company with a negitive impression. It's always great to hear about a company that stands behind their product.

I like to mention also that I purchase the 5V Woo or as they lable it the 5V WoW!. This puppy is as sturdy as they come. It has a rubberized handle grip and just beats all the plastic mods for durability. It feels nice in your grip. Not as stealth and the tiny palm vapers but you can change out the batteries.

Don't get me wrong I have nice plastic mods and they work great and the prices are affordable. The 5V Woo is only $24.99. It packs a wallop! It is regulated for a straight 5V so you better get the right atomizer or carto because it will fry it if it not a high resistance one. (I blew 2 out and I'm waiting for some high resistance atty's and cartos)

The only thing quirk I have about it is, it doesn't come with the collar that hides the ego threads. It's set up for a 510 attachment and has outer threads for ego acessories. These show. I'm trying to find a collar for it so I can get a sleek look using the new ViVi Vision tanks. Other than that is a very powerful mod for just a few bucks.

If you are thinking about ordering the eGo C, I would recommend you get the eGo C Twist starter kit. You can use it without adjusting the voltage until you get used to vaping, but in a week or two, when you are ready to play around with more voltage, you won't have to order a new kit. Whatever you buy, make sure you get at least two batteries.

Good luck!

I bought an Ego T starter kit, because it had all the basics to get started, and immediately stuck a clearomizer on it. I like it because it's easy. I have no desire to mess with the tanks that came with the ego, I only save them in case I crack my clearomizer. I love how easy it is to fill.

I have a ego-c been using the tanks,, but sometimes leaks,,so i ordered a clearomizer to try on it ,,hope it works out good.

This is exactly why I keep trying to warn people off the eGo-T and eGo-C tank systems. Sooner or later, everybody gets tired of the drama or sick of the problems with them and just gets a clearomizer. Why not just save the money and hassle and buy a 3.7V kGo in the first place instead of a 3.4V eGo that you're going to strip down anyway?
