Hello,
I have been reading through this forum for some time, but finally decided to register and utilize some of the wonderful information on this site, while hopefully being able to contribute. Unfortunately, my first post is a question (I know, seems goofy). I have been vaping for some two years or so, mainly using JoyTech products, but I recently picked up a KangerTech Evod 900 Twist with a new KangerTech ProTank III while staying here in upstate New York. First off I love the ProTank III compared to the old Nova's I have been using for the past year, but I have a question regarding the Evod battery. While vaping, I notice that the LED will flash five times during a hit, which is something new to me. As far as I can recall, all of my eGo Twists/Upgrades blink when the battery is either depleted, or near empty. With this new Evod, it will blink at me, but seems to be still hitting. I am wondering if this means the same thing? I mean, I charge the Evod until the LED goes off (while connected), but the LED will begin blinking at me minutes after I have taken it off of the charger. I have read some things on the internet that have lead me to believe it does this after 5 seconds of continuous draw as to not take in too much nicotine, but something doesn't seem right about that... is this true, or do I have a lemon of a battery and it is just not holding it's charge? It still seems to vape good, and it may just be my OCD rearing it's head, but it makes me want to throw it back on the charger every time.

So, in summery, what is the meaning of this blinking? Thank you in advance for your answers, and I apologize for my first post being such a long winded one, this site really does seem to be wonderful, and as such I turn to you for answers!

I do apologize if this sounds stupid, but I may not be following you completely haha (the "brah" thing). But to answer your question, yes it does continue to vape and give a good hit, just seems to blink when I puff on it a few times (thus holding the button down for maybe 6-8 seconds). Thanks for the response, looks like I may have to go have it replaced. I do have a couple of other batteries, just hate having a man down if you know what I mean!

anger Evod Twist (1000 mah)

It is the lastest Evod Variable Voltage Battery from Kanger.

The battery has a regular 510/eGo connector and can fit a variety of 510/eGo atomizers or tanks, or clearomizers like Kanger Evod Clearomizer.

The battery allows you to adjust voltage output from 3.2v to 4.8v by spinning the knob at the bottom. Each increment is 0.4v.

The battery also has 3 kinds of Protections:

1. Short Circuit Protection: When short circuit happens, the battery will shut down. The battery won't go back to work until short circuit ends.
2. Atomizer Protection: If you press the button for 10 seconds, the battery will be locked until the next press.
3. Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.2v, the batery will shut down.

The battery's button has a 5-click On/Off lock the same as eGo-C Twist 650mAh Manual Battery. Please press the button 5 clicks within 2 seconds and activate the battery.
