Hello,
I have been reading through this forum for some time, but finally decided to register and utilize some of the wonderful information on this site, while hopefully being able to contribute. Unfortunately, my first post is a question (I know, seems goofy). I have been vaping for some two years or so, mainly using JoyTech products, but I recently picked up a KangerTech Evod 900 Twist with a new KangerTech ProTank III while staying here in upstate New York. First off I love the ProTank III compared to the old Nova's I have been using for the past year, but I have a question regarding the Evod battery. While vaping, I notice that the LED will flash five times during a hit, which is something new to me. As far as I can recall, all of my eGo Twists/Upgrades blink when the battery is either depleted, or near empty. With this new Evod, it will blink at me, but seems to be still hitting. I am wondering if this means the same thing? I mean, I charge the Evod until the LED goes off (while connected), but the LED will begin blinking at me minutes after I have taken it off of the charger. I have read some things on the internet that have lead me to believe it does this after 5 seconds of continuous draw as to not take in too much nicotine, but something doesn't seem right about that... is this true, or do I have a lemon of a battery and it is just not holding it's charge? It still seems to vape good, and it may just be my OCD rearing it's head, but it makes me want to throw it back on the charger every time.
So, in summery, what is the meaning of this blinking? Thank you in advance for your answers, and I apologize for my first post being such a long winded one, this site really does seem to be wonderful, and as such I turn to you for answers!
