Howdy! and don't feel bad, I despise anything "grape" it's medicinal tasting to me you're not alone.

you'll get a feel for the steeping times, they vary depending on where you get them from.

there's lots of great vendors and their juices listed in these threads...read read read, and YouTube is your friend..there's several channels to subscribe to PBrusardo & TiaVapes are two of my faves...

good luck!!
Thank you I appreciate your input! :D I will definitely look into that. vape on! :vapor:

What do you mean "fully" back? Sorry newbie here.

Sorry to b slow in returning. I was trying a lot of fruit flavors in the 1-4 weeks and they were just so light in taste. The mints came first, then..lemon or tart flavors. Apple and pear were really slow and they are not the strongest. I noticed an uptick in taste around 2-3 months, that's all.

I imagine that their are differences in all people starting out. I just look back and think that for the first month, not to pay a lot for something that I won't be able to taste well. Others talk about it, but it is not something that I knew about in those early days. I got a simple atomizer with just a coil and no wick and that wasn't helpful in those early days. I just didn't understand why flavors were so weak.

I eventually got a rebuildable tank atomizer (RTA - Kayfun) and that reeaally presented flavor. But that was after 6-7 months. I just used the store-bought coils and they were just okay.

I just takes some time. I guess, if someone asked, I would say stick to the mints, then tart flavors for a while.

Hope helps.

Hello everyone! :)
I'm new to vaping but I know a few things here & there from youtube, these forums, etc.
I recently got a Vision Spinner 1300mAh & an Aspire BDC glassomizer (both in rainbow) for my 1st set up!
Two days ago I received my ejuice from Mt Baker Vapor; grape, strawbana , & others.
Lets say I was eager to try my ejuice! I tried grape & my smile went upside down :( the flavor wasn't the best.
I heard about steeping but I don't know if i should or how? Im looking forward for any input! Thanks! :D
I have a rainbow Spinner also:) I'm still using it. I bought a Vision Spinner 2; they updated them with 1650mAh, and a wheel that clicks in place. I really love mine. Most people prefer a Mini Nautilus Aspire, or Mini Kanger Aerotank; they both are excellent tanks. Both brands have new coils that last longer, with better taste. You may be able to use the new Nautilus coils with the tank you have now.
I order from MBV, too, but have found it's best to buy their best-selling flavors. After 2 years these are the only flavors I order from MBV: Cinnamon Roll, Blue Moo, Moo Juice, Butterscotch, Honey Berries, Vanilla Butternut Squash (sounds weird but it's delicious.) Other people rave about their Hawk Sauce. I always get 3 or 4 extra flavor shots; Mt.BakerVapor is light on their flavoring. I find a 50/50 blend best for nice vapor, and great taste. New smokers should go with at least 18mg nicotine; I went with 24mg at first. Just stick to the best-selling flavors, because some of their flavors aren't vapable, imo. Oh, the Guar line on their site is pretty good. I love the German Chocolate Beefcake, which is just a cake flavor.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that most vapers have a specific flavor profile. For instance, I love dessert flavors, my husband likes fruit flavors, and many new vapers do well with tobacco flavors. One of the most popular tobacco flavors in the vaping community is RY4. It's a tobacco with notes of caramel and vanilla. MBV sells RY4 in their Guar line; I've heard it's good but can't vouch. Their 555 tobacco is a bestseller.
I've heard Madcats Vapor has the best RY4, but don't expect MBV prices; Baker has the lowest prices. Check the forum for info on good tobaccos; it's not my thing. The only tobacco flavors I adore are from Nicoticket. Their H1N1 & Wakonda; they are awesome flavors and NT uses a special NET tobacco. But these flavors just have tobacco notes, with much more going on. Wakonda is more coffee and cream with a touch of tobacco. If MBV doesn't work out for you, I can tell you Nicoticket has top notch eliquid. I love everything from NT!
