Hi everybody !

After 10 months of happy vaping, I've decided to join the ECF, which has always been a great source of information for me.
I'm also a member of the french speaking community, but this forum is simply the biggest and most complete information source in the world of vaping, so thumbs up !

My little vaping story: I began with a ridiculous e-cig they sell here at the pharmacy (with no nicotine, switzerland is soooo hypocrite when it comes to "medication"...), then switched to a 510 with chinese e-liquid and was happy....for some weeks !

Then switched to an ego-T, which was a huge FAIL in taste, atomizer price and life, the most overlooked vaping device in my opinion.

I'll always remember the first day I've tried "dry smoking" with a 510 LR on my ego batts. I understood it could be much better than what I knew. Also discovered the american juices, the best ones for me so far. At this point, you can never go back again !!!

Now I've found my way and I'm a really happy vaper with some good mods around:

- Puresmoker Icon V1.1 for 3.7 volts vaping with LR cartos (my preferred device for high nicotine and vaping outside)
- Infinity Pro (Notcigs), which is the best device I'v tried at this point. VV rules and allows you to quickly lower you nicotine level ! (18mg on the Icon, 8 or 12mg on the Ipro)
- VP/PT 5V Passthrough (vaprlife) which is now my backup device in case my Infinity has a problem one day...
- Piper Variable Passthrough, which is a cheap backup passthrough that is reliable and cool to use.

I will receive a polished rounded copper next week, this will be the first HV device for my wife (she's using my old ego batts at the moment). I'm a bit confused about the risk of using 2 unprotected CR2 batteries in this device, this should be the only question I have at the moment, so if a copper user reads this I'd be glad to know if it's dangerous or not.

I hope to meet cool people here, and share experiences about vaping...or anything else !

Keep on vaping :vapor:

Hi and Welcome! Why would you use Copper with unprotected batteries? You can purchase protected cr123 batteries a number of vendors (unless I'm missing something?)

So glad that you and your wife have been successful with vaping!

Because it's the rouded copper, which only takes unprotected CR2s if I understood well...

Thanks for the kind welcome messages :)
