Long time lurker, first to poster...

Been vaping for about 5 months. I actually "quit" smoking 7 years ago, but was hooked on nicotine gum the entire time. Sick and tired of shelling out $200 a month on silly gum, so I gave vaping a try, loved it... and the rest is history.

I'm big on the DIY aspect of vaping. Rebuilding atties (VIVIs) and just got into making my own juices.

I live in DC.

I'm getting everything right now from MFS. I like that I can buy 36mg nic and mix it down with VG/PG for a target of 18mg/ml. Good prices and he ships from North Carolina, so it takes a mere day to arrive here.

First off, I want to welcome you to ECF, and to the DC-area Vaping Community. We've got a LOT of vapers in the area, and vaping is growing fast here.

If you can recreate Gandalf, you will be a superstar, that's for sure--it's got a cult following, an I'm one of the biggest devotees!

I'm in Columbia MD. There are a LOT of us vapers in the DC/Baltimore area, and a BUNCH of vendors in MD. (I don't know of any in VA or DC except mall kiosk vendors). Check out Vape Dojo in Ellicott City, Vape Xcape in Reisterstown, and Vapers Knoll in Pasadena if you get a chance.

You should also join the Mid Atlantic Vapers group on FaceBook--there are Meetups almost every month somewhere in the area, and they are always a lot of fun, and that FB group is the best place to stay up on the meets.
