Hey i also started vaping with no pre-smoking record about 3 months ago, just like you dont vape too much, just the occasional puffs. Ever since i started i began having throat issues, ofc im not sure what produced it. I had to go to a doctor and i have an infection, have some antibiotics with a prescription and well havent got better yet 
Although i havent had any of your problems, I hope it really isnt because of the liquids, the ones i've tried are not top of the line, i think one of them is called Dekang and the others i've tried are smoking bullet.
