Hi!
I am vaping 10 days but the last 3-4 days I have a twitch in my left eye. I was searching about this and it was difficult to find any info. At last I found one old post with someone else with the same problem but I can't post there as a new member. I start new Thread because the old post has no recognizable title about the problem

It is annoying to feel your eye like this. I start vape with 11mg and now I vape 11,9 or 0 alternate
usually when it start I stop vaping or I vape 0mg but I am not sure why it happens

Welcome to ECF! Congrats on starting in the vaping world! Eye twitches are usually stress related. Also, if you stopped smoking, that will cause your body to do some strange things. When i quit smoking, my right foot would cramp up. After a few weeks, it went away. Your body goes through some wild changes while your body rids itself of all the toxins from smoking.

no migraines and no eye twitches when I was smoking

I am not sure if it is from nicotine ammount my body can have and a way to tell me that I must stop for awhile. I was heavy smoker 25gr golden virginia tobacco every 2 days but I start with 11mg/ml juice and it was strong for me. I read that people who smoke lights start vaping with 25mg and I don't understand how they can but this is another story :p

I have been told that this is caused by low potassium after you stop smoking, apparently eating a banana a day will fix it until your body catches up with the changes. I have not experienced this myself, but could be worth a try to see if it helps.

That is well-known to help with muscle spasms. Definitely give it a try!

low potassium can cause leg cramps too, usually for me a charlie house in the middle of the night.
Iv'e gotten in the habit of buying bananas at the checkout with the morning coffee.
Better than a doughnut for you anyway. Haven't been bothered in months.
