My issue with that is, were your package checked (and yes, they can, and DO *adjusts tin-foil hat*), you OR the company could get busted for smuggling.

They got my grandpa for trying to import a certain brand of Absinthe (NC is VERY strict on the liquor laws-no crossing of state lines without a certain permit, as I understand it, which MAY be wrong, by the way). Package was marked as "Fragile, do not open" and listed as from his cousin. HEFTY fine (he was lucky-no prison time).

If they're that interested in keeping PVs down in Singapore... I would advise against that plan of attack.

Just my two cents.

Well, that doesn't make sense to me. The OP already stated that his previous package was confiscated. I believe he would have told us if he had to pay a fine, so it makes sense the worse that would happen is confiscation of the package. The receiver should not be held responsible for what the sender puts on the package/manifest. He just has to understand the politics of where he lives.

Up here in Canada importation of Nic juice is illegal and ordering large quantities of hardware can present problems at the border- 1 or 2 kits they don't bother. To circumvent this issue I only use suppliers that understand this issue and have implemented ways of working around the laws...not breaking the laws but "working around them". I've ordered huge amounts of unflavored nic juice without problems...yet.
