Just started on Sunday and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I got a two ego C twists (900 and 650), a few Kanger EVOD BCCs and some juice. While I've not totally dropped sticks, I'm doing MUCH better. It's mostly early morning that requires more than what is in the juice. I imagine that will pass.

Looking forward to continuing and getting off the bad stuff and enjoying my time more.

Oh...and my lungs are already MUCH clearer. :)

Welcome.....the mornings was very hard for me too...just 1 in the morning would get me over it ...the other for me was after dinner .I still pick up a single mini swisher sweet that will last me a week because I put it out about 4 times and I never did smoke cigars but it gets rid of that want for me .as far as vape I started
24-18 mg now on 12-8 mg and I think im ready to step down again

Welcome! I just quit smoking. 2 days without and I'm good but not gonna lie-sometimes I get a little antsy. I figure there must be other chemicals in cigarettes we are addicted to other than nicotine. I was a pack a day smoker so I'm using 24mg juice for now. It's actually pretty powerful. Maybe check out that strength for your 1st vape of the morning. Whenever I tried to quit before I always found that if I had that 1st cig in the morning it did me in for the rest of the day. Try and give that up if you can. Good luck!

From what I understand (and this is just what I've read), some of the extra chemicals in cigarettes allow more of the nicotine to pass through the burning process (and others make you crave even more than you would normally). So if you were smoking, say a Marlboro Light 100, you would get a larger % of the .7 mg of nic per cigarette. Since there aren't the same chemicals in e-liquid, you're getting less of a hit per inhale. Thus we vape more often and longer per hit to get a similar feel.

That said, you're also not turning your lungs into a cancer factory. I'll take vaping any day!

Like Brock mentioned, try some stronger juice in the morning. The longer you vape, the "satisfaction" dopamine/serotonin dump changes to a reduced intensity and so does the need for it. Your body will adjust, it's designed to do that. Little more time and it'll get easier. Strong Juice in the a.m. Best to you. Keep it up! power up and vape on!

Thanks! I found an 18mg juice at the local tobacco shop (took a chance and yep, she had it). It does help, and the juice is really pretty good. (Tsunami brand Toro Rouge.)

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions and tips. I really do appreciate it!
