Best of luck.
I have a question. Have you ever tried to just stop smoking cold turkey?
I noticed you said you have only been smoking for three years.
I could be wrong but IMHO three years is nothing and no DEEP habits have been formed yet. Couldn't you just put the smokes down and get over the 72 hour withdrawal and be done with it?
Best of luck to you.
I have been smoking for 30 years and was able to just stop smoking analogs overnight with this device.
I understand what you're saying, and I probably could if I really wanted too. It's half habit for me and half nicotine. What I'm hoping to do is gradually transistion from analog to e-cig and eventually nothing. I started out smoking hookah when I was 17, then flavored cigs, when I was about 19 (off and on)...once I hit 21 I was smoking regularly, even more on weekends when I would drink. Went from menthols, to camels, to parliment lights. And I've been stuck there ever since. It's a clutch for me right now, and I don't want to quit completely, I don't think I'd know what to do? 2 years a go a pack would last me a whole week, last year to this year a pack has been lasting me 2 days at best. It's even harder to stop when you have family who smokes with you, brother, cousin, grandfather, uncle. So this is the way I see it, it's a transition for me, so I can still have my clutch, and when I'm ready I can let go completely...besides I have to douse myself in perfume and I can still "smoke" with the smokers and not feel that urge to light an analog.
