....Just so I'm clear; the atomizer is the piece that holds the liquid? And they need to be replaced regularly? And what the heck is a cartomizer?) ...

Exactly what zappped said, ignore the info about the cones. They're difficult to use and leak alot.
A cartomizer (or carto) has a coil surrounded by poly fill (white fluffy stuff). The coil is the heating element that vaporizes the juice/liquid. The poly fill holds the liquid. When I first started out I used cartos because they were simple to use, but that was awhile ago. Now clearomizers are all the rage. A clearomizer is similar to a carto, except it doesn't have poly fill and uses wicks to feel the coil with juice.

Hope this helps,
Kallie

There may be prices I missed, but I purchased my Joye eGo kit from My Vapor Store. I ordered the eGo-T because it was the best price. I gave them a call to upgrade the kit to the Twist 1,000 mAh for $9 more. I don't know why they, and other sites don't offer the Twist kit on line. They are friendly people at the Vapor store and give good service.
