Hi. I've been vaping for 1-2 years so I'm not a newbie, just new to his forum so I can't post this question in the juice Discussion thread.
No offense to the people that like tobacco flavors, but I don't. Recently tried Backwood's 555 and just don't like the cigarette flavor. Also tried several from Johnson Creek in the past and am not a fan as they all seemed harsh for the amount of vapor they produce.
Then I went to Tasty Vapor's Atomic Cinnicide which I liked better, but it wasn't until I tried a 50-50 mix of that along wih one of their sweet juices, Butter Cream or Boston Cream. I really like the combination of spicy and dessert flavors way better than either of them on their own.
However, my wife and I were going through attys at a rate that proves quite costly. About a week and that is milking the last few days with weak vapor production. Soaking didn't help. Then I realized from reading a post on here, can't remember who it was or I'd give credit to the good advice, that what DOES work, for a time, is to rinse out the thickened juice and do a dry burn on the atty to deal with the caked on gunk and I have to do both of ours every 3-4 days and then they (Joye 510s) typically last at least 2 weeks or longer which isn't as bad.
So, all that said.... I've read that TV is known to be hard on attys and I'm wondering if there is a recommended vendor with that sort of flavor profile (for instance Backwoods' fans seem mostly there for the RY4 and other tobacco flavors) that is known to be easy on the attys? I believe the issue has something to do with the thickness or "darkness" of the juice??
After doing some research here a lot of people seem to like V4L and they have a whole "dessert" section. Out of curiosity, is there any info or theories on what is different about the ingredients from one vendor to another that causes rapid buildup on the atty? For reference, my 50-50 mix from Tasty Vapor is 80/20 PG to VG and I've been buying the 48mg and mixing it down 50%. We're both also using eGo-syle and I intend to buy a VV device soon which may affect what I like but I'd still be using the eGo when out and about so the question is still relevant. I'll probably give V4L a try but it gets expensive to keep ordering juices only to not use them so I thought I'd give it a try to seek advice from the experts.
