I bought a T-Rex from www.yourecigarette.com in July and have been trying ever since to get defective battery replaced.....have mailed defective battery back to them....have called the 800 number, but no one ever answers and yes I have even called every hour on the hour for 14 hours one day and no one ever answered. Have tried the so called "Live Chat" and no one is ever on it either. I have left literally hundred of emails and recordings for them to contact me and NOTHING.....I have contacted my credit card about doing a charge back and have send them all the information and proof that I returned the defective battery......I love my T-Rex and all I want is them to honor their warranty and replace the defective battey. There is no where to complain if you buy over the internet and I don't want this happening to someone else....is this company still in business is there a BBB for the internet? Companies like this give all of the legitimate companies a bad name. If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this situation I am willing to listen. Thanks
