I bought a T-Rex from www.yourecigarette.com in July and have been trying ever since to get defective battery replaced.....have mailed defective battery back to them....have called the 800 number, but no one ever answers and yes I have even called every hour on the hour for 14 hours one day and no one ever answered. Have tried the so called "Live Chat" and no one is ever on it either. I have left literally hundred of emails and recordings for them to contact me and NOTHING.....I have contacted my credit card about doing a charge back and have send them all the information and proof that I returned the defective battery......I love my T-Rex and all I want is them to honor their warranty and replace the defective battey. There is no where to complain if you buy over the internet and I don't want this happening to someone else....is this company still in business is there a BBB for the internet? Companies like this give all of the legitimate companies a bad name. If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this situation I am willing to listen. Thanks:confused:

I think you have done everything you can other than finding out where they are and camping out at their front door. Sorry to hear you have had such a hard time. I will say that if you buy from one of the ECF listed Suppliers that you willm get much better customer service. This community will not endorse a supplier that does not take care of it's customers. Also if there is ever an issue it will get addressed via their forums here. BTW - welcome and best of luck

The security certificate for the website gives the same phone number pupmaster put up but a different addy (which is a really icky place btw). IMHO try the Reno number instead of the 800 number and pray.

Ok.....new to this forum thing.............what's posts? And all of these abbreviations, don't have a clue what they mean. I don't do the text thing.....got tired of grandkids making fun of me and half the time didn't know what they were trying to tell me.....I get the feeling going with the back charge with my credit card is the way to go....maybe that will get this guys attention. Been smoking the ecigarette since July and am trying to convert all of the kids and spouses. I love the T-Rex lots of vapor just wish I had a spare battey for it. Need a really got contact for e-liquid that actually resembles a cigarette...any suggestions? dpa

I purchased a bottle of liquid from these clowns on 2/28/2011 and now it is 3/9/2011 and after leaving messages at the 800 number (which has some sort of mexican horn music playing for a message which seems very shady, wish I would have called before leaving a message) I have called the phone number on the domain registrant and I have sent email to admin@yourecigarette.com and have heard absolutely nothing from these people. I have contacted by credit card for a refund since this merchant seems to be very shady.
Please help me you guys in getting this place shut down for internet fraud. These kind of people who set these things up should be put on an island with murders and rapists and forgotten about.

The toll free number btw is 1-800-610-2689 call it and see what I am talking about for the weird message

I disputed the change with my credit card and got the money refunded. After 3 months the case was closed the company never responded and the refund was permanent.

Well I called his apartment manager..yes he runs it out of an apartment..and explained that her tenant is running a fraudulent business. I told her I intend to file with the NV Attorney General, a complaint to the BBB(you can do this online now..very effective) and I would be filing a criminal case against her tenant AND HER FOR CONSPIRACY(since now she is aware of the issue).

I got a phone call back in less than 1 hour on his personal phone #.

He says he will mail it out today and throw in another bottle for free..we shall see..

I should get it..if he's being honest..by Thursday at the latest..After Thursday I will post his personal phone # here

Like someone else said here Burn3d, use one of the suppliers listed on the ECF forums here and you shouldn't have that issue with a shady company like that. Don't be discouraged over bad luck on supplier choice, just look at the "Review of Suppliers" forum or pick one of the ECF suppliers, and hopefully you can get your money back from CC company like someone else said they did since the company never returned phone calls.

Things like this happens on the internet no matter what you're buying, no use in it discouraging you from only buying e-liquid. I'm new as well, but these two companies i've dealt with have had nothing but excellent customer service. They are Liberty-Flight.com and Esmokeclub.com.

I think if you do that (posting his personal number) that might be a forum violation. I wouldn't do it.

You're right..I won't post the number..He gave it to ME and said use it for future orders..I always answer this number.

Just got a tracking number...lol..amazing what the right phone call can accomplish :)

Thank you...I'm very new to this and just picked a vendor that looked respectable..It had an 800# and online chat(I didn't know nobody was every there though).

Will try those you listed...thanks for the info

Update..I received my bottles of e-liquid and they are good..strong hits..The banana flavor is really good..never tried a "flavor" before and I love it..The Camel flavor is good also..

I suppose i owe yourecigarette.com an apology(speaking of only my issue..I know many others havent been so lucky with them) and will deff continue to buy e-liquid....not so sure about a e-cig kit tho...I'm using a prado kit I got for free with 30 carts..so hope fully I won't need to buy one just yet..

I will try dealextreme.com for a new e-cig..or a spare as ive had great luck with them on shipping time and products..They ship from China but..as far as i can tell most of this e-liquid comes from China but still afraid to buy e-liquid from China directly

I can't believe anyone here would actually send one of those purists an e cig kit-do you really think someone who's free would want to wake up those nic receptors again??? doesn't sound like a plan to me.

Yeah...8 months free and id never go back..heck..one month free and id never go back..and the vap liquid gives monster hits..much more addictive in my opinion..and I have to say again the banana is awesome!!!
