Hi Everyone!

So I am new to E-Smokes but my question will be simple. I have tried two different e-cigs from smoke shops and find them unreliable and have short battery life. The first I bought was 57s and the second was xtreme smoke.

I would like to know what do you all think are the best e-smokes as far as battery life and also best e-liquid. I don't want to break the bank but I would really like to see what my options are. I don't mind the manual button pushing either, I in fact prefer it.

Thanks for your time!

Hello, and welcome. Wish I could give you the "perfect" answer to your question, but there really isn't one. Many folks start with EGo stuff (the Twist is very popular), but end up trying different mods with larger batteries, variable voltage, etc. It really is a personal choice. I would research a bit (just keep reading the forums and check out the classifieds to see what people use), and consider what size and features you are looking for. Have fun and congratulations!

Shoot, you want something cheap that will take a large battery? Get yourself one of these plastic bolts . They cost $20 and take an 18650 battery. Heck, even a 2000mAh battery would last you a couple days. Keep in mind that you don't want to drop one of these things, they will shatter. But if you're the careful type, and don't drop stuff, it has everything you're looking for; a 510 connection, a durable manual push button, you don't have to throw the whole thing away if a battery goes bad, either. When the battery gets weak, just pop it out, throw it on the charger and throw a fresh one in there. 18650 batteries go for $7 from the same place.

Sure, it's big, and it may not be pretty, but it's certainly better than anything from a smoke shop :p

ETA: To answer your question regarding the best device for battery life: Anything that takes a large battery has the best battery life :p I do enjoy my setup, it's simple, the battery life is wonderful, and it produces clouds of vapor with amazing flavor: Empire mod stuffed with a 3000mAh IMR battery, a LR 901 atty and a drip shield. I have two batteries. When one dies, I just switch em out. The empire is all mechanical, so with routine cleaning it'll hopefully last forever.
