New member posting issues

I've made 5 posts in new members forum here and I still can't post on other threads? I can't post or pm for technical help either, just here...

Sometimes it takes an hour or 2 for the system to update to register your 5 post.

The system resets at 25 past the hour, every hour. Since you have 5 posts, your account should update in the next few minutes.
