Hi,
I'm new to the forum just thought I'd say hello. Been vamping for the past 4 months and for the past month I'v been enjoying my Apex Ultramax with RES which has been amazing so far, now using it at 6v with joye Hv atomisers. I wanted to ask you experts out there about using XL dual coil cartos on an ultramax with the res fitted I remember reading on here somewhere that it can be done. I'm in the UK so was looking to try it out. Any ideas what ones fit and best ohms to get plus is there is any uk sites that stock them ?

Cheers Ryan

I'm a noob too. I still haven't taken the plunge in buying a starter kit but probably will soon. The atty vs. cart thing still raises questions for me. My most likely purchase would be the Riva 510 se kit. We'll see! The more I think about ditching the analogs the more I like the idea.

You should def ditch the analogs yardbyrd I'v never looked back, for me it wasn't even a challenge to quit when I started vaping. Went from a pack a day to nothing no probz

Good luck with it

Haven't seen you here lately wallacerp. I wanted to let you (and anyone else who is struggling) that I am now on my fourth day analog free. I live with a smoker so my old brand of analogs are readily available. I started vaping about one month ago.

Thank you wallacerp. I did order the Riva 510 se starter kit last night as well as several juices from a third party vendor.
Thanks again for the well wishes.

Thats what I have and I have bought 3 more for friends and family who love it as well. I just recently added tge epower which I like as well. The riva was a super easy start and within 3 days I no longer wanted an analog. I put no pressure on myself it just happened that way.
I did find that the first couple of days I had to adjust my way of thinking (the difference in feeling satisfied was a little slower than the quick delivery of a an analog, but once I realized if I was patient it would happen...maybe 2-3 min later...)it was soooo worth it.
Best of luck!!!!!

It was a bit tougher for me. I was smoking about 2.5 packs of analogs a day. The line between vaping and smoking began to blur. The more it blurred the more I found myself wanting the flavor that vaping offers over smoking. I, too, eventually felt more satisfied when vaping. I am absolutely convinced that there is a lot more than just nicotine in an analog that keeps people hooked! I'm also still loving my Riva 510 SE. Many of the problems (battery not lasting, unsatisfactoy amounts of vapor, etc.) that I see posted by other noobs are just not an issue with my Riva 510 SE.

I got a KGO from Hoosier which is like a Riva. I am new too. The nice thing about these is you can have both. The refillable cartomizers are nice. It takes a little bit to learn about it, but ECF has all the answers I'm finding :) Welcome :)
