Vaping is the solution to getting off tge cancer sticks and tge FDA and assorted States are trying to kill vaping.

I started smoking in 1978, and tried cold Turkey, patches, nicotine gum that made me sick even hypnosis.

I started vaping at 18 mg nic.

Since i DIYed my ejuice i took baby steps by reducing my nic level 1 mg/ml about every 6-8 weeks. U barely noticed a reduction in my nic level.

Now i am nic free since 12/28/2015 and I still vape 0 mg nicotine.

Good for you! You'll find lots of helpful information and tips in the e juice section here. There's a lot of DIY info here not only on juice, but hardware as well.
