Hello I am a new member here on e-cig forums. Just started using my e-cig and was thinking about buying a flavor from Ms t's Bakery but when I clicked the flavor I want it says maximum purchase: 3 units but Im not sure what that means? Does it mean I am buying 3 bottles of the juice? besides that I am not sure what it could be

I have not purchased from there so I cannot give an informed answer to your question. I get my liquid from Mt. Baker. they have great prices and you can get one bottle at a time if that's what you want.
