Hi all! I have been looking into e-cigs for a few days now. Been smoking analongs for 14 years now, average 1 1/2 packs a day. Really wanting to quit, but can't seem to do it cold turkey. I wanna use the e-cigs as just an aid for when I get the really strong cravings or to help break the habit of just having an an analog in my hand. Wanting to quit for my health, my girlfriends health who is allergic to it, and to save money since we are planning on buying a house soon. I reckon I need to do some more looking around in here to get more info. Only thing I have really looked into purchasing is a Joye510 from cignot.com

Welcome to ECF Bama!

The 510 is great, and CigNot is great. So really, that's a pretty good place to start!

It is a bit of an out-lay to get started, but it is cheaper in the long run. You really don't need to spend more than 50 or 60 bucks to get yourself going for a few weeks (the kit should obviously last longer, but you'll need juice as well).
