Hi

Newbie, ordered both a Sidesho Starter Kit from Modern Vapor as well as a
joyetech eGo-C E-cig Starter Kit

All new to me, but got to be better than smokes at about 400 month.

I'm new to this so may have ordered wrong for a newbie. Hope to use the Ego-c for home and maybe the Modern vapor at work. Please feel free to point me in a better direction.

Just so "you" won't feel disappointed:

My first 3 or 4 days the e-cig tasted like crap. It was nothing compared to real cigs. I was sucking on the thing like crazy until the cartomizer got hot and tasted even worse. I tried many different flavors and the tobacco ones were the worst... I settled for cherry...

What I'm trying to say is that don't expect a totally seamless experience. The first days go for the nicotine fix and give yourself time to adapt

Now after 10 days I feel MUCH better and I actually like vaping more than I enjoyed cigs

Welcome and congrats. For me quitting was effortless. I just vaped instead and had no need to smoke. The break is the only thing I sometimes craved. I started going outside to vape now and then even at home (never smoked inside).

I opted for the Canadian Tobacco option as my juice choice first time. After that will try a fruit based option. I figured I need that familiarity on my first run. Cherry sounds good

Well I'm thinking ahead, A always enjoyed colt cigarillos, for the flavor. Is that products flavor or a equivalent available as a juice at a generic price in Canada ?

Congrats on getting started with vaping! I quit a 45-year, 1-2 pad habit a little over 3 months ago and was amazed by how easy it was with vaping when nothing else I had tried ever worked. I'm a happy eGo-C user and have one basic tip for you - use slow, soft drags with it, not the hard, fast drags usually used when smoking analogs. Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll do fine.
