No kidding. I've been lurking for a few months and am just getting into dyi. Just had to join after reading the pages and pages on flavoring and the like. And yea, so many questions asked that I never asked. Don't know the originator, but it reminds me that... I don't know what I don't know. I'd quote it but am not sure if that's only a paraphrase of it.
