Welcome Dee
I would definitely up the nic with the Endura T18, at least to 18mg. I also needed the 24mg to quit. Most of us would get cravings for a few weeks, what worked for me finally was to simply have no smokes at hand. Wishing you success.
I also agree on nic....alot of stores or vendors simply dont carry much in the way of higher freebase juices, so many that start might be buying juices that are to low or perhaps to high as in salt juices. Seems like salts are popular, but in much higher percentages, so it might go from 6 or 9 mg freebase to 25 or higher in salts, when 12, 18, or 24mg freebase might be a better option.....I know everyone is different, but with the 18 & 24 mg that I started with, the urges were there, but after a few vapes, those urges were gone and it didnt take alot of vaping to do it. I do think alot do start out on the low side of nic , which requires a ton of chain vaping to satisfy instead of just a few puffs, but I think that's what vendors count on because they love to sell juice.

Freebase and salts are a 1:1 ratio in mg totals. I wish people would quit posting that freebase mg is lower than salts! Salts are simply easier to vape at higher mg for a smoother th only. 12mg freebase = 12mg salts and 50mg salts = 50mg freebase as far as strength.
