Hey guyz, im happy to find such a forum.
I'm not an expert in e-cigs, nor the old stuff o smoked before. I have been smoking cigarretes for 2 years, then discovered the e-cig and now for 2 years ive been smokings this thing. I started workings when i was 16 ....ty jobs like 12 hours sometimes i had to stay working 20 hours, the stress made me smoke and the fact that everyone around me smoked. after 2 years of nonstop smoking sometimes 30 cigs a day, i decided i needed to save money and took up e-cigs.
now i spend like 10 euros max / month on vaping (before i spent 150 euros/month) and now can afford college:))
As i said im no expert in atomizers/batteries/liquids, dont know all the technical stuff, usually i buy what is cheaper. right now im using and 1000 mAh battery a C5 clearomizer and liquids i buy from Hangsen because i find them the most tastefull.
Excuse my poor english, i wanted to ask senior members on this forum, if there are any true downsides to what im vaping, to my combination of juice and atomizer.
Why so late i join a forum dedicated to ecigs? because i never questioned if they are healthy or causing any damage to my lungs. So if anyone would like to clarify me on this subject, what is the effect of glicerin or propilen glicol on my lungs? (i already did some researches on nicotine, and it turned out that nicotine helps us be more reactive, pay more attention, it puts the consumer in an alert state) A nurse from the local hospital as stupid as it sounds told me this: u should give up e-cigs because they do more harm than the traditional smoking, the water in vapors is not good for your lungs. I never had lung problems, in fact never been to the hospital, only when i needed to go(for school jobs....etc). Another question i ask is , where is this water in the vapors, it doesnt seem like steam to me?

Welcome to ECF. Your English seems very fine to me. I can't say a single word in Romanian.
I have not heard of anyone having issues with water in their lungs due to vaping. I can't say much of anything about the long term affects of vaping. I can say without a doubt that vaping is far superior and safer than smoking.
I'm still not yet convinced that my vapor is ever water. It may have some H20 in it when exhaled are it may have some H20 in it if purposefully mixed in it. But I just can't wrap my head around the idea of something that is not water suddenly turning into water.
I know some folks don't agree with me on this.
But I say vapor in is vapor out.

yeah but it would be awesome to find out that little damage that it does to lungs, lets say for example VG is good and PG is bad for lungs, everyone would choose VG. Im asking this wierd question because i really enjoy it, its probably the most reliable thing that never lets me down, i have no restriction where to use it, its fun its sweet and cool :))

There is nothing wrong with the ecig you are using as long as it works. As for the safety of the PG/VG and flavouring, the jury is still out. The way I see it is my breathing is much better so it can't be doing more damage than cigarettes. Less damage for sure because my lungs feel so much better. I guess what you need to do is listen to your body. Are you having more energy? Breathing better?

thats an yes, i am breathing better, althought putting on weight:)) thats not a problem. I was simply refering to any possible kind of damage experienced vapers may know about, that i dont know about. by the way till now i switched in 2 years like 10 batteries and 50 atomizers till i got to this combination which suits me both design and needs. Anyway i really appreciate your opinions and replies, i dont know lots of people who vape, and those i know are incapable of giving feedback from theire experience with e-cig.
Regarding energy, let me tell you this , 2 years ago i wasnt capable of taking the stairs up to the 4th floor, now i am, thats kind of an achievement for me :D
And what u told me about listening to my body; pains iches and any kind of symptom can be caused by other factors, not e-cigs alone, so i wont relly on what my body says, hes a liar :)).
