Hi everybody thanks for the ad. This is the forth and hopefully last time I'm trying getting off cigarettes and vamping I've got many question I'll soon be asking I've just discovered the joy of direct lung vaping before I was vaping mouth to lung and not sub ohm. I just bought a Joytech egrip II and a Aspire Celito for a 30 watt eleaf battery I have.

I've got my fingers crossed for you kicking the cancer sticks. Any help we can give you on the forum we'll gladly oblige.
It sounds like you have a good set-up to start with, I also found DL (direct lung), a much better way of vaping.

For me the only way to accomplish quitting was to go cold turkey but do whatever works for you. I can't imagine Sub Ohm vaping when I first quit but more power to you!
