New Members Posting Outside of New Members Forum!

I notice that the New Members forum has spung a leak, and many are making their first or second posts in General vaping Discussions!

Is this a rule change or a forum glitch?

5 post rule was done away with a few months ago.

We've done a few things to improve the user experience when they first sign up.

There are no longer any confirmation emails sent out, and users are allowed to post in the thread/forum that brought them to ECF to begin with. Our spam routines are working very, very well and it's a rare thing now for the membership to see it in the forums.
