We have brought the site up a few times to process orders and test server connections, etc. It is my plan to do this a few more times during our "down time" in order to process some of your orders.
Openings will continue to be unannounced due to the psuedo-DDOS attacks we encounter when we announce the opening times (lots of people and lots of F5's getting pressed)
Once the website is fully completed in a couple of weeks this will obviously change and we will go back to set opening times and order caps with a focus on staying open 24/7 (this may take awhile but our operating hours will increase).
One big change we are looking at is leaving the website operating in a catalog mode while we are offline. This would allow customers to browse the site while we are offline and compile an order for checkout once we are opened (as well as access to all of the website functions except payment)
