These CAN be made for pretty cheap but you have to source the correct size siringes, run out and buy a pipe cutter then mess with cutting the carto, cutting the syringes top and bottom, making sure it slides over the cut carto nice and snugly and it doesn't leak and can also be removed from the battery without twistign off the syringe itself >.>...and ALSO, if the modder of these has reseated the filler ring properly then you can use it with no problems...

can someone tell me what would be the difference in the 2.5 versus the 3 ohm? Im not really technical and dont want to order the wrong one

Ive never used cartos before. I'm guessing these come in 510/801/901? About how many ml's will these hold?

I would use the 2.5 ohm on 3.7v and the 3.0 ohm on anything above that.
These mods hold aprox 2 ml.

Can someone explain to me what this actually is? I realize you're getting a clear E2 carto, but people say you can reuse them. Are you saying you can reuse them as long as you can reuse a normal E2 carto, or can you just rip the guts out and replace with the guts from another E2 easily?

I think it's really great looking, but I'm not going to spend $13 on one carto, but if you can use this over and over and over, i'm in!

Yes! You can use it over and over.
Right now, they are only in the mega XL size.
They work great and you see your juice so you can easily fill it and see when you need to refill.
