New mod problems

I ordered a cloupor t5 from fasttech and a Sony vtc5 from eBay. I got the battery and my tank (kangertech subtank) before the mod So I tried out the tank with my buddy's 18650 mech mod and killed both of our batteries screwing with it. No problems. Both not fully charged.. When I got my mod in the mail, I plugged it in for about a half hour and tried to test it. it fired correctly once and then kind of sucked for the next couple. According to the battery life indicator on my mod it was draining about 5% each time it fired. Then the screen shut off and I plugged it back in. I waited about an hour and now it's like the battery is not even in it. The screen only works when plugged in and it does the exact same thing without the battery even in it. I have been anxiously waiting and tracking my mod for two weeks and now I can't even use it. Help! I hope its not the mod itself.

There been many problems about ordering battery from ebay. Some of them may be fakes. As for the cloupor T5 fasttech is pretty reliable I mean it takes a bit longer and I hope what you got is not a dud. To make this short I learn from my mistake trying to find something for less but just to find out I was screw. What I would do is try another battery from a local shop and see if that work. And my 2nd advice is send it back to FT and buy your mod from a reputable dealer like some1 from USA. But GL and I hope everything gets better.

Do you have another battery you could try in your mod? Do you have an external charger you could use to try and charge your Sony?

Buying batteries from Ebay or Amazon is not recommended as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold.

That sucks bud! Hope its just bad batts. I also use fasttech but I will only buy mech mods from them because with mechs its less to go wrong. They do have a good return policy tho. Good but still a month till ur back up and running. Good luck figuring that out. Advice = keep a cheap mech on hand at all times so ur able to vape while ur go to device is down. I myself will only use mechs. To each their own. Happy vaping.
