I saw the movie "The Lincoln lawyer with Mathew McConaughey on DVD. That's a good legal movie with some action and twists. Worthy of a Grisham book but written by Michael Connelly.

My next going out to the movies movie will be the new Harry Potter. I may have to rent "Rango" Johhny Depp fan here! :)
Tell me what you bought, rented or went to see!:pop::pop::pop:

I want to see the new X-Men movie, it looks like it actually stuck to the comics.....
I need a good one in theaters the beginning of next month, the man and I wanna go see a movie together when I'm up in NS and I have NO IDEA what's playing. I usually don't give a lick about new movies, but last year we missed seeing Inception in the theater and I'm STILL beating myself up over it!

I watched Rango yesterday and it was great. Picture quality (blu-ray) was outstanding as was the audio. The CGI characters were very, very detailed. The story was pretty good but it was the characters that really made this movie. Each and every character was unique. Definitely 2 thumbs up. I saw Red Riding Hood a few days ago also. It was OK. Definitely wait for the dvd. It was somewhat slow but some of the scenes were interesting. I thought Battle for LA was pretty good. It kept me interested. I didn't care for the style in which the movie was shot- shakey camera perspective.

This was an outstanding movie! Even if you aren't a Potter fan it's good. It is however, nice to know the back story and characters..they tie all the loose ends up nicely.
It has been amazing to watch these young kids (Emma Watson , Hermione, put it best "To put it in perpective, I was still losing baby teeth when we started!) grow and mature into young adults. Even the characters they played evolved and grew into their parts.
I have been sick with tummy problems all day..but even that went away for a couple hours..thank goodness!
Shawn and I had a great time..lots of laughs and squeals (me) not him ..lol
I get to do it again when my younger grandson gets home!

I saw the previews for the upcoming Aliens and Cowboys and Sherlock Holmes 2. Cool!
