Vapor production seems to be O.K, flavor seems muted compared to T type B using top vapor lemon. I have more juices on the way, hopefully they will be stronger.
I sent my Ego-T back to TW, as went through 3 Atty's back-2-back, and it never wicked properly. My Ego-C ran fine, right out of the gate, but in agreement, certain flavors don't tank well on the "C"... Vanilla's and bakery type flavors (Ms. T's Snickerdoodle), get lost for me.. Other flavors like Bananas Fosters Coffee and Red Hotz are as good as Direct Dripping.
I did a sampler pack order from Velvet Vapors, and both the Vanilla Almond Tobacco and Blueberry Cheesecake, came thru nicely on the flavor. the VAT to the point, I realized I'm not fan of Almond. It came through so much as to give me a "I got too much sweet in me" stomach ache, lol... The BC is vaping nicely though.
Ovale did release some LR "C" Atty's recently, and have a blister pack (5) on the way. I will revisit the muted flavors, and see if that make's a difference.
A question, the ones that have the Ego-c, have you cleaned the atty's and have you dry burned them with success. I guess I'm asking do they work like new again after clean/dry burn the coils. I have a kit coming next week. I never had much success cleaning the Ego-t's atty and quit using them all together. They didn't last long and just cleaning without dry burning the coils did not make them work very well after that.
My eGo-C batteries are performing quite nicely. I am getting a good 8 hours out of them and sometimes up to 10 hours depending on my vape rate. I charge mine on the wall plug and leave them on for about an hour or so after the charge indicator turns green. Are you charging yours on the wall plug or USB port on a computer?
Several of the eGo-c reviews have noted what I am going to call the "smoother vape" from the eGo-C. Some may interpret this as a negative but I don't. I am not fond of a super strong throat hit and I vape 100% VG so I really don't notice a flavor reduction since VG tends to be a smoother vape anyway. For instance...I tried the Boge LR 2.0 ohm cartos and thought they were harsh and made some juices taste burned...at least to me. I prefer the SR cartos at 2.5 ohm for my VG juices so the eGo-C atty at 2.4 ohm is seemingly my sweet spot.
RedZone is going to get some of the LR eGo-C attys probably first of next week and will be our guinea pig. LOL! He has already said he will post back and let us know how they vape.

I'd go with flavorable rather than smoother. The c doesn't burn out some flavors like the t's can.
It almost sounds like Joye is trying to kill off some sales, to get demand down to their production capacity.
Otherwise, you have to question why they'd announce the "C" in time to kill off some of the xmas rush "T" sales, when it sounds like they won't have production up to speed until next spring.
(This is sorta the same thing that killed off RCA's computer division. They went bust on the old computer, because everyone was holding off, waiting for the new Spectra 70.)
But then, I also noticed that the eGo-T kits are out of stock (at my vendor) at the moment, too. I'm guessing Joye just can't keep up with the demand.

I wanted to share my attempt at cleaning one of my eGo-C atty's. The first atty I took out of the package when I got my kit has seen the most abuse. I have been changing juices and not blowing this one out in between. I have probably tried about 12 or so different juices all 100% VG. This atty has been going strong for about a week.
All was going well until I tried what I call the atty killer juice. This is the Caramel Kicker VG from AVE. It is a nice flavor but the juice is dark! It is completely opaque...almost black. I have ruined several attys and a few cartos with it. So I thought I would throw it at the eGo-C atty and see how it went. I loaded up a tank and started vaping. It was quite yummy for about 25-30 puffs or so and then I got the dreaded burnt flavor! Dang!
I tried blowing out the atty and then switched to another juice. Coffee from Copper Creek. It still had the burnt flavor. Tire fire as Grimm Green calls it. I took the spike head off and here is what it looked like before cleaning.
The wicking material was charred and stuck to the atty coil. The atty was covered in juice gunk. I did a boil, dry burn, rinse, boil, dry burn and final rinse and this it what it looked like after.
It cleaned up fairly well but this atty is not wicking properly now. I may have been a bit impatient and did not let it dry long enough or this one is simply shot. It vapes but it doesn't deliver the flavor or vapor and it started to taste burnt again. I still have two attys left in the package with two others in service and going strong. I think I will toss the Caramel Kicker juice!

I don't think Joye has released any information about how long they are going to continue to market the "T" System, or ramp up schedule for availability of the "C" Systems.
I will be interested in trying the "B" Tank on the "C", when it does come available though. I've got some of the LR "C" Atty's on the way, interested to see how those handle my variety of flavors compared to the standard Atty's.
I just used a small screwdriver and pried it up carefully from each side. I used an empty tank to reinstall it. This Atty is working great now. I think it still had water in it when I tried it earlier. Vapes pretty much like new!
did you prime the atty after the dry burn cleaning?
if you did not, the reason it tasted burnt in the beginning right after the cleaning could have been that..
a couple of drops of juice right over the coil-wick and another couple over the spike-wick should do it before reassembling the head spike.
Hey guys! I'm still a newbie here, but what exactly does a dry burn entail? I'm presuming it's pressing the battery button with no juice on the atty. But how long do you hold the button? I'm interested in trying to resurrect atties, though I'm still going strong on my first in my C.
Also - RedZone, what did you mean about B tanks in the C? I guess I was under the assumption that the tanks that came with it were B's? Or am I mi-understanding that they are compatible, but not the same?

Not sure how Joye will handle a "B" (Bigger Tank) for the Ego-C, as the Atty's are not permanently mounted inside the cones. That may be to our advantage though, as if/when "B" Tanks are released, may only need to purchase a "B" Cone/Atty combo...

Thank you Gentlemen! Slowly but surely, this vaping is coming together for me. For a beginner to vaping, I think that the Ego-C is a perfect PV. Easy to fill tanks, easy to change out atties (though I haven't had to change mine yet). I'm looking forward to branching out to DD and some cartomizers, though I may try that on the two passthroughs that someone generously PIF to me last week.
The Ego-C is great for on the go, and I like the locking feature of the button (that the passthroughs I received don't have).
Rabernet, so glad it is going good for you "Right out of the gate"! I think finding ECF was the key to your success. Many of us bought our first E-Cigs, before we found ECF, and that sucked for us.
I see a lot of Newbies finding ECF, after they buy a gas station E-Cig that fails for them in some way. As for the "C" Atty, I am experiencing something similar to Sammy, but on a lesser scale. I had purchased a 5 flavor sampler from Velvet Vapors, and they threw in 5ml of Caramel/Apple (Which ended up being the only flavor I really liked, other than the Blueberry Cheescake from the sampler).. The juice in the tank is turning a dirty dark color, which is indicating some of what Sammy experienced, though my Atty still hitting good. (This is still the original Atty I have been using for going on 3 weeks now)... If I can get 3-4 weeks out of one of these, for $6 I'm not even messing w/ cleaning. Just racking it up, to the cost of doing business!
Now to check my mail box to see if my LR "C" Atty's arrived!
