I thought we'd get to a question that has been vexxing me for some time now:
Do algorithms, such as Pandora's' World Wide Genome Project, actually work?
Each one I have ever tried has failed miserably in actually predicting what music or choices I'll like. Do these actually work for anyone?I had to cut this down to a Yes vs. No question. What I'd like to see is how many voters have or lack faith in the ability of a predictive algorithm to work.
