It's been a while for me making some mods due to work, but now I am unemployed and bored. Now that madvapes.com sells 510 auto switches i wanted to make an e-cigar. I want to make one that will hold a smoketech 14650 4050mah battery, use an auto switch, and hold a smoketech 1.5 ohm carto.

> The look that i am imagining would be somethign along the lines of the veppo electronic cigars E-Cigars, buy only the best Electronic cigars at VeppoCig.com
I want it to feel like a big cigar, nothing small

I also want to add some LEDs to the end of the cigar as well and use some sorta plastic to diffuse the glow of the LEDs like on commercial e-cigs/cigars.

If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, or links i would greatly appreciate them.

thanks for the heads-up, cuz i was wondering about that how the wires run exactly on the auto switch...i really wanna use the auto switch on a device like i have in mind because it makes it look a lot cleaner and should actually make it easier, in the end, to make cuz i wont have to be making odd holes anywhere for a button.

I'm also debating how exactly im going to run the positive/negative for the battery...im probably gonna make the part that holds the battery like the tube on the 510 e-power ego kits.

any more help/suggestions is very much appreciated!

Fray: yeah, got that much - was more curious why the lines were so dinky, (since everyone says they use nice, fat multistrand), and - well, anyway..

dog: battery holders appear to be a huge challenge: I've searched Allied and Digikey and Jameco - holders and connectors for lithiums seem pretty much restricted to the disc's and the 18650, (when those are in stock). I recently just gave up and tried to order mere connectors from DigiKey, but had to give that up. I finally just ordered the nearest approx to what I needed from Allied. Yes, making battery tubes seems like 1/4 the work of alternatives.
