Welcome Twist to our forum!
Starting nic level is generally determined by how many packs of cigarettes (called analogs here) you smoked a day. 18mg nicotine is the usual start strength for one pack per day.
Concerning finding flavors that taste like a particular brand of cigarette, or any cigarette in general, you likely will never find it. We have flavors that can taste like just about anything else that you can think of, but no one has found how to make a cigarette flavor that tastes like smoke and burning tobacco leaves. Don't believe me?

There are "tobacco" flavors that you may enjoy, just know that they will not come close to actually tasting like a cigarette. They can be enjoyed for the flavor which they are. If there is a vapor shop near you, I suggest going and see if they have a juice tasting bar setup where you can try all of their flavors before purchasing.
There are so many choices available to us, it may be more wise to find
any flavor other than a tobacco flavor to start out with. Most people who have been totally off of cigarettes for a couple of weeks have found that when they try another cigarette, that it is almost repulsive in taste. You don't realize it yet but they do really taste that bad. Try a fruit, candy, desert, coffee, whatever; you may be surprised which flavor you like best.
