New Reo user

Just wanted to introduce myself in this section. My damn is Danny, and I live in Alabama. With the help from sxmxdrifter from YouTube aka super_x_drifter here on ECF. I finally dove into the world of Reo's. I came across his videos by chance and enjoyed every video of his and I kept being told, "You'll love a Reo" or "You won't use anything else after you try a Reo". Turns out he may have been right haha. My other mods are a hybrid 26650 from Made Man mods and an IPV3. Earlier in the week I emailed Rob and he said he had a blemished mod which you can see in the picture. I made a decision to order it. Then with super_x_drifter made an offer i couldn't refuse with an Odin.

Now, I like Odin's. I've done a review on the normal version of the Odin (also because of Superx's recommendation). I absolutely love it on this Reo. I have a 0.8 ohm build with 28g kanthal in it. Squonking is a bit awkward at first, but I'm really enjoying these. I'm using the AW IMR 18650 1600mah, I ordered them from RTD Vapor. Overall I am very satisfied with this set up. It took a couple hours to get my ECF account reinstated since I previously had it deleted at my request. Now I'm here just to talk about how great super_x_drifter is and learn more about this side of things I've never experienced. Judging by reading through these posts, most people would agree on how great he is.

With super_x_drifter's offer, I also got to try Koh Gen Do, that has gotten me into that side of wicking now as well. I apologize for the novel of a first post in this section. Thank you jifjifjif, yes he is. He's very laid back and had it not been for him. I wouldn't have even paid attention to Reo's.

Thanks Papa_Lazarou. I agree with leaving stuff at home. All I'd have to do is bring an extra battery and that 2nd bottle that was included with the Reo just in case. I have my mechanical mod in the box it came with. My IPV3 might only be used if I'm rebuilding my odin for the Reo. It has changed everything. It's an amazing feeling for one I don't have to carry a bottle to drive every 3-4 pulls. I just squeeze a bottle now since it's right there. That alone amazes me and makes a Reo worth it.

Thank you RattlerX. I really like the look of the Nuppin I believe it's called. I know you can't get them right now, but that may be an atty I have to attempt to try sometime.

Thanks Neolithium, and I'm sure he did haha. It seems to have been a big goal of his since we started talking on his videos. Basically he said it's all I would use if I got one, so I wanted to test his theory. I don't need anything else, but atty's maybe in the future. Nice to see there's such a wide range of location. My girlfriend lives in Ontatio and I went there in August and absolutely loved it there.

Welcome bro. You know what's really weird?! I was searching Google for nicoticket products and I seen a picture of this dude blowing some sick rings with a bottle of juice in his hand. I followed the link and found it was an ECF member, you. How odd is that? It's like your meant to be here in REO VILLE. I admire your vape rings! Haha. Glad you enjoy your reo and yes, you will eventually use nothing else. Nice setup btw, it's opposite of mine. My body is kawa green and my doors black. Great combo either way. Happy vaping!

RGLP4Lyfe, haha oh wow that is weird. My attention span sucks so when I'm distracted doing my college homework I work on tricks and procrastinate. I know tricks aren't for everyone, but here's a couple. I think it was meant to be getting a Reo. I hope I use nothing else honestly. Maybe keep just the IPV3 as backup just in case. This was the one blemish Rob had that wasn't on the site and I like black and green so I was fine with the colors of it.

Welcome to the neighborhood (offers plate of baked goods), I'm pretty new to Reoville myself, having just moved in a month ago
I'm putting down roots here for sure!
I just have the Grand LP right now with some bf modded clone attys.
my next purchase is going to be some 9ml bottles from voltage vapor to up my juice capacity, and some o-rings to further prevent leaking from under atty (but it doesn't leak much now..)
Soon I plan to get some catfish modded attys or some authentics as i'm getting sick of clone build quality.
In the distant future I want to get a Reo Mini to replace 4nine, but that will be a while

Everyone one is right, you can't have just one... you get one, and then you get more

Haha HecticEnergy I would have to agree with you. I'm not the richest guy so my backup Reo might take a couple months. I'll eventually get a second one. The blue colored Reo's looked really nice on the site. I thought I would want 9ml bottles. I'm also used to 0.5 ohm builds at 70 watts. So with the Reo it isn't sucking the juice too quick which is a great feeling.

I do like the green Cheryl75, I could see a sparkly green would look good, especially with purple. Reminds me of Mardi Gras colors down here in the south. Thank you though.

Ive had mine for 2 or 3 months now, and honestly, its my most prized possesion. Ill be ordering another in a month or so, once rob has the new 510 connector out. But its definately possible to only have one. I believe muzichead has been rockin only one reo for quite a while. Its a reliable little workhorse

Fishcakes, I usually like having back ups. Not sure if I'll ever get to the point Russ is at with 4 haha, but I'd like another one at least. I'm not easy on mods, so I'm hoping stories and threads I've been reading hold true on durability.

Squonking can be a little weird at first, but it will become second nature very quickly. Once it does you will wonder how you ever got along doing it the "old fashioned way."
