new replacement ceramic nuts for ithaka?

wondering if you guys are shipping these out to ithaka owners or if we have to request them?

i have a telescopic mouthpiece coming, so if you wanna just throw it in that shipment that would be awesome!

I think you have to ask for them if you need one and were part of the first pre-order. They shipped with the Ithakas from the most recent pre-order
