new riva seems dead after second charge

the blue light on the manual button still blinks three times when connected, the charger light goes from red to green like it should, but the button wont even light up when pressed. is it dead? possible solution? any chance it didnt like my ego charger?

I don't have a Riva but I had an eGo battery do the same thing.....never worked for me after that. Hope your luck is better.

its not looking that way!! One was given to me and the other one I bought, so Im not out anything, but I WILL be buying another!

Sounds like it. Sorry. You don't have one of those meter thingys to check it do you? I usually get my batteries at Liberty Flight and they have a 3 month warranty (I believe) on batteries. I had a pass-thru die and they replaced it.

Nevermind, the warranty is now 2 months. I don't know if anyone offers a better warranty on batteries.

Id see if you can get a new one from LF if i were you. Chances are it is broken. Take a dmm and test the voltage after it is fully "charged". should read around 4.2 first fire after its charged
