New Riva T-tank batteries

Just wanted to give a heads up to be a little more careful with the batteries that come with the T-tank kits.

I usually carry my Riva around in my hand or shirt pocket all day and I keep an extra battery in my pants pocket.

So far on two the the batteries Ive kept in my pocket the button has fallen out. Its not difficult to put back in but if I hadnt noticed I mightve lost it which makes the battery useless.

I also noticed after I put the button back in that sometimes the button will stick - that will end your vaping day in a hurry.

Also wonder if these ones have a cutoff cause the blink an awful lot even when they arent close to being dead yet.


Just a few things I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of. Other than that - these batteries work just as well as the previous ones Ive purchased from LF. I have a nice Lavatube that I never use because I like my Riva's so much.

Thanks Ragman. We had a couple others mention this to us. We have brought it up with the factory. I will also try to get some extra buttons, so if anyone loses theirs, we can simply mail a new one.

I have had 5 buttons fall out & lost to make the battery useless, in a 5 day period..and another button that won't turn off when you push it.

I am sorry to hear that. Please give us a call, or send an email with your Order ID#, and a brief description of the issue. We can replace the faulty battery, and mail you some new buttons!

We have also brought this up with the manufacturer, and it is being addressed.

also had button problems mine sticks on i took button out but could not find out why it sticks but havent lost one yet slightly annoying but i know its not LF fault was wondering if a small dab of vasilene might fix it ?

I had one fall out, and it started sticking when I put it back in. I had to fiddle with it to get it seated properly. Try spinning it inside the housing, and see if that helps. Vaseline shouldn't hurt, if used in moderation.
