So far I've used these in only a parallel mechanical mod as they seem to be the perfect battery for it. Lots of capacity and a rated 15 amp discharge limit.

They are preforming so well I wanted to throw them in a mechanical tube mod. My coils are always around .2-.25 ohms and I was wondering about the safety of these batteries. Is the 15 amp limit accurate or am I able to bring these up to 20amps?

Mooch tested the 30Q and it has a 20 amp CDR. With a fully charged battery your 0.2 ohm coil will be pulling 21 amps, so best to stick with the 0.25.

Use steam-engine or the simple maths below to find the numbers

I = amps V = volts R = resistance P = watts

To find the amp draw use I=V/R
Eg. divide 4.2v by 0.25Ω = 16.8 amps

To find the wattage use P=V²/R
Eg. 4.2v multiplied by 4.2v divided by 0.25Ω = 70 watts
