A great advancement in the next evolution in DCT's from SMOKtech, introducing the smok Pyrex Glass 6ml Dual Coil tank (DCT)!

These new tanks are made with Pyrex Glass and sheathed in aluminum - the tank itself has gorgeous chrome end caps but it is integrated as one piece. The aluminum sheath is windowed as you can see in the pictures to the left so that you can easily see your juice level. The Pyrex material of course provides greater protection for the use of certain acidic juices. This will also provide a cleaner vape with use. The bottom of the tank has locking flange divets that actually lock your carto in securely. All of our SMOKtech DCT cartomizer consummables have matching divets to lock.

I got one ... Now how do I take it apart to refill it? The guy at vape shop did it and I assumed it would be as easy as all the others I have!!! Well I cant find a how to video and I cant seem to twist either end off with my hands so do I need a screwdriver or what? Please help!!! I need to vape and I really love the way this Smok vapes!

Too bad the caps are sealed on or you could put one of the terminator thingys in there

ETA: It fills like any regular carto tank - put the carto out the bottom some and drip the juice in down the side being careful no to get it in the middle part of the carto.

Do these use a 45mm carto?

Yes they do use the 45mm carto. The only problem with these is the fact that there is no locking ring on the bottom such as the similar tanks have that use the polycarbonate tanks.

In addition, the cartomizer quality varies so much, even when using Boge or Smoktech branded cartos. Some vape really well and some regardless of how carefully one primes the carto will produce a burnt taste.

I am waiting for some 510 Fusion brand cartos from Ikenvape to see how well they perform in this unit. The Fusion cartos get very good reviews.
