Never tried one, I mainly use mtl tanks like the Taifun GT-2s and the Squape rs.

Both of those aren't terrible in the airflow department but they're not cloud chasing tanks either, how do they compare?
The center post airflow on the deck of a kfl is under 2mm, IIRC its like 1.6mm, so a bit more restrictive than either of those. I still have an authentic KFL around here, and last time I tried it out I was shocked by just how tight the draw felt to me now. It's a fine atomizer still, just doesn't have much airflow compared to newer RTAs, or especially subohm clearos.

Anyone know the best taifun gt2 clone ? Who has it ? Fasttech, 3f of FC?

The Hotcig GT2 and GS2 are widely regarded as being one of, if not the best Taifun clones. They should be labelled as being HotCig on FT, and at least in the case of the GT2 they're notable for having red o-rings (though they also come with black.)

I have the Hotcig GT2-S (identical to the GT2 except the base can be dismantled) and the Hotcig GS2, both from FT, and so far as I can tell both are perfect copies of the original in all respects except packaging. They certainly vape perfectly, and have good screws.

I haven't looked at which Taifuns Focal or 3F have, but can recommend the FT Hotcigs.

Thanks. I can't find the taifun GT2S on the original manufacturers website - does it even exist or is it a revised China version ?

The latter - a cloners update to the GT2 making the base dismantle-able. I was confused too, I had bought it by mistake looking for just the Hotcig GT2. I don't recall if FT still have the normal Hotcig GT2 or only the GT2-S, but when looking for the normal one I bought the GT2-S. Later reading of the FT comments revealed that it's just the base that differs.

Now I've got it, I like it. The base is fine, no problems with it and it does indeed dismantle. Which I prefer when cleaning with my ultrasonic. In an ultrasonic, water gets into any tiny gap so it's best to dismantle things as much as possible so the water can then be easily wiped off/out. Even if the original base was a solid lump, there'd probably still be tiny gaps around the posts and similar.

So if you want perfect 1:1 get the GT2 (assuming FT still has the Hotcig version) but I can recommend the GT2-S as working perfectly well and, in my view, being slightly preferable. At least based on 2 weeks of using it! But I didn't see any complaints about the base in the FT threads.

It certainly is small - only 17mm Edit: 19mm. You saw that it needs stainless steel mesh or plastic tubing to transfer juice to the wick (like a Flash-e-Vapor)? Mine came with a little bit of tubing but it didn't seem quite enough. In any case I used mesh, [HASHTAG]#400[/HASHTAG].

Here it is on my chunkiest mod, to emphasise the (lack of) size :)

Is it 17mm?
I thought it was 19mm as by focal ecig and Fasttech description. (Hotcig)

I do know how to use it, I had the original gs. Hope this works as well

The HotCig GT2-s is indeed a great vape and unlike most previous clones has the correct airflow design so you can have odd and even numbers of holes open on either side.

I can't decide whether I like the Ivogo Squape rs clone or the HotCig Taifun more. The Squape looks better on a mech like an SMPL or Praxis and tastes a little better but the Taifun has higher capacity and is slightly easier to build.

Why on earth would you jump into TC with an atty that is one of the least suited to it??
I've had an authentic Squape R since last November and I haven't used it with anything but Ni200 in TC mode & its been working flawlessly. No issues whatsoever. Not sure what makes you think its the most poorly suited atty for TC?
