New SS GGTS - But No O-Rings!!!!!

First I want to say that Bruce from COV has promised to send me a pack of o-rings. He was very surprised that there were no o-rings on my new SS GGTS.

I received #696 today and I am extremely pleased with the high quality of artistic workmanship that has been put into the making of the awesome mod.

I had downloaded the user manual and very carefully broke my GG down so it looked just like the blowouts in the manual. Except that there were no o-rings anywhere.

I emailed Bruce immediately and he responded promptly. Hope I get the o-rings soon! I hate not to be able to use this beautiful hunk of stainless steel!

Or, can this be used without the o-rings?

Karen, you gotta have o-rings. If Bruce happens to be out of stock on any of the sizes let me know; I'll send 'em to you.

I am glad you are totally satiasfied with GGTS. I would like to ask from where the o-rings are missing. Between CT and connector? between CT and lid? Inside Lid? Inside connector? Inside CR? There is no way for o-rings to be missed all of them. Maybe you miss one but not 6 o-rings

Collection tank Center Post Plastic Stop O-Ring
Collection Tank Lower O-Ring
Control Ring O-Ring

Karen, Congrats on your new GGTS. I think you will fall in love with that collection tank and control ring if you are dripper.
BTW, people make mistakes, the best part of things is Bruce and Imeo will make them right. No questions. Bruce sending the o-rings this morning comes as no surprise to me.

Hi Karen! The one o-ring highlighted in your quote is no longer used as Imeo found the platic seals well enough against the steel to no longer use it so unless you get an earlier pack of o-rings, that one wont be included. (Or needed )
