Everyone is so excited about the flavor from the vz super concentrated that this does not get talked about very much.

Yes indeed the vz super concentrated flavors are very kind to carto's and atties

I wouldn't know because I use clearos and they live FOREVER lol

Ok. Tried my raspberry today after waiting since Sunday.

It's only a single flavor, but I have to say not too shabby.

Still a tiny bit perfumey, but mellowing a bit.

I wonder what it would be good to mix with?

Raspberry mixes well with the vanilla, in fact vanilla mixes well with all the berry flavors.

with these highly concentrated flavors if you are trying to hit a target of 2.5% and you are mixing flavors (like raspberry and vanilla) do you add both flavors so that they add up to 2.5% or do you do the main one at 2.5% and then add the others on top?

Not to be discouraging, but my guess is that this question is unanswerable. Sort of like asking a chef a wide open question like "If I want to make dinner, how much oregano and how much marjoram should I use, and what temperature should I set the oven to?". He'll probably come back to you with something like "Uh..., so what are you trying to make?".

I don't mean to be a wise ..., just saying it's probably tricky to answer your question in such general terms. I don't have the hang of this myself, but absent a specific recipe you're shooting for I'm not sure anyone can steer you effectively, and I doubt there are many recipes for these VZ super concentrates because they're so new.

My approach so far is to just mix individual batches of each flavor separately to my taste for each flavor. When I want to see how a combination of flavors taste together, I combine portions of those pre-made batches in a separate small batch to try to get a general ratio down. My plan(fingers crossed) is that when I have something that seems to be generally heading in the right direction, only then will I worry about tweaking individual flavors in that combination so that they're at a higher or lower % than I would use if I were vaping those same flavors standalone. That's how I was naively planning on approaching it anyway. I'm new to this too.

This is what I do when blending two flavors for the first time. Dial in the percentage of each flavor as a stand alone flavor that is best suited to your taste. Once I have the percentage on both flavors worked out, I then take each pre-made flavor and blend them together at varying ratios until I get the desired result. After deciding on the blended ratio, you just take your stand alone percent and multiply by the ratio amount and that will be your blended %.

Example: Raspberry & Vanilla
Stand Alone Raspberry is 2.5%
Stand Alone Vanilla Is 4%

Blended at .75 Raspberry to .25 Vanilla
Raspberry 2.5 X .75 = 1.875%
Vanilla 4 x .25 = 1%

This is just an example and not an actual recipe that I have made

Are you using that method with the VZ flavors? I'd like to hear from someone who has vaped the VZ flavors both ways. It seems to me diluting PG based flavors with alcohol might be a little different than diluting an alcohol based flavor further with alcohol. I will wait to hear more opinions if anyone else uses this method on VZ flavorings. All Rick was saying was that he tried it and he can taste a difference. Stands to reason it might change someone's opinions on a taste with more alcohol in it.

I vape 100% vg. At times I have used water to thin my VZ flavor mixes and other times I have used pga (everclear 151 proof) and I have to report that I cannot taste the pga whatsoever. I used to always use pga but now I use dw - but not for flavor reasons. I just figure vaping distilled water is less a threat to one's health than pga. This is just my own intuition and has no basis in anything other than my mind - careful there...

The ob try the flavor you want to be dominant at the higher percentage like 2 to 1. I was told to aim for about 3% BY VZ but this may vary if you vape high VG.

Hi all, how's it going?

I just placed my order!! :)

Coming soon:

B & M
HFC
VFC
Mandarin
Vanilla

and... yep, a sample of CREAM!

Happy Vapes~

WooHoo Kate glad you were able to place your order and get some cream too. If you mix that with Menthol will you get ice cream?

Just mixed up three juices:

Blackberry 18 mg
Dunhill Blackberry 18 mg
Blackberry Menthol 18 mg

They are all taking a nice hot bath. Did I happen to mention I kinda like this Blackberry?

I am vaping some nice Cherry Tobacco Menthol. Used Real Cig, VFC, Wenston, Cherry and some Menthol and Koolada. These flavors play nicely in the mixing lab!

No doubt making negative reviews or reviews that are way off what other's are reporting

One word

OK

Come on! 1) I used to test with and without the vodka for thinning, and I could never detect any difference in the taste, it just wicks a little better than water alone. 2) The amount is so minute, a drop and a half per ml, that's like saying that the alcohol base in the VZ flavoring gets you drunk. 15 drops of vodka in 10 ml of VG is about 2%. And of that only 40% is alcohol, 60% is water. So the actual amount of alcohol added to the whole 10 ml bottle is less than 1%, 0.084 ml, 84 microliters! That's less than the alcohol from the flavoring. Use all water to thin if you prefer, same thing, really; try it blind and tell me you can detect a difference at that concentration!

Now as to PG vs VG, that's a different story, and I do mention I don't use PG. Aren't most if not all the premium juices on the market these days VG? Any reason new DIY'ers shouldn't go there?

@Kat, I was saying "If you have 100 mg/ml nicotine".
