Very nice looking site, very easy to navigate. How ever you stated in the about us section u wanted to have a basic site so u could pass the savings onto your customers, yet your prices are as high or higher than alot of the vendors who have already established themselves here. $6 for 6 ml is super high, $16 for 30 ml is not too bad but still high in my opinion. This is not meant to say your liquids are not worth it I don't know. Maybe they are, actually I hope they are, it would be great to have a new supplier who had awesome liquids! There is always room for another vendor who can mix some wonderful juice and knows how to take care of their customers :)I just think u may have a hard time getting ecf business unless u have a serious sale to get u off the ground. We have to have reviews before we put the money down, and I will be interested to see what other ecf members think about the juice and the prices.

But like I said its a great looking site! Welcome to ecf, and good luck!! :)

Thanks for the great feedback. - Good stuff. Regarding the liquid prices, these are basically the starting price points. We are currently offering free priority shipping on any order (that's worth a few bucks) and are currently giving 15% discount for the Grand Opening. We have also set up an automatic 10% discount for any repeat customers. We also give nominal gifts with each purchase. We will always have some "value added something" going on. We plan on doing some ECF specific things in the near future. We have only been open for a couple of weeks and have just started broadcasting / advertising on the web. Although localized, business has been not bad.

Like I had said in my previous post, I did not mean to criticize your business, but rather was just trying to help. Lots of vendors start out strong and then fizzle out do to high pricing, lack of product, or bad customer service. The ones that seem to get repeat business come out with a couple contests, or giveaways, or a massive sale, like 50% off for ecf members. That way u will get a good amount of buzz about the site, lots of juices being tried, and hopefully some positive reviews and thus repeat business. I guess it depends on how fast u want the site to grow. I am sure there are others who have started out purely with word of mouth, and slowly and steadily grown. I would love to run my own ecig business, but I lack funds to do it. And I also see so many popping up everyday, it's got to be getting competitive.

I see your company has a background in sales, distribution ands customer service. Would u mind telling us what u did before your ecig venture? Are u a vapor? Are u a mixer? I am always curious as to what ppl were doing before they make the leap into such a new industry. I hope I am not asking to much. :) I have a tendency to do that , it's just my nature. Plus I don't see anything wrong with getting to know someone before I do business with them. In the ecig business especially because u really have no idea what happens after u hit the order button on a website. I feel alot better hitting that button when I have at least some idea of who is on the other end.

Sorry for going on so long, and thank u so much for changing your pricing, I think u will find it will benefit u in the long run. Ymmv. I am excite to see some reviews! :)

Btw, can u tell me a lil more about the neon line?

Lethalp,
Asking questions is a good thing. I always do the "ask why 5 times" when trying to get to the cause of an issue. I'll try to answer some of your questions. Forgive me if I miss some (trying to multitask).

Regarding the About Us on our site "Neon Vapors LLC is a new enterprise based on many years experience in sales, customer service, and distribution........." We are basically a 2 person operation with others that assist when needed. My background is pretty boring. Mainly mid and upper manager positions with electronics distribution companies and a computer manufacturer / distributor. Also did a 4 year stint with a big box mall type retailer. My partner / better half of the company and life spent quite a few years as a field consultant (district manager) for a well known retail chain and is currently VP of retail ops for a nonprofit organization.

Do I vape? Let me put it this way: If I'm running an errand and I forget my cell phone - oh well. If I forget my vaping stuff, I'm going back and getting it.

Am I a mixer? I got so tired of buying crap in fancy bottles and paying up to $30.00 for 30 ml. and my wife got tired of hearing me complain - she suggested that I try to do it myself. I found that I was actually pretty good at it from the start. So I researched, studied, researched some more, then made some samples to give away. Well the folks that I gave samples to kept coming back so I figured I had to find a way to charge for what I was doing or continue to give stuff away and go broke. I do vape what I make. I'm real picky with what I vape and I only vape one of my own flavors on a regular basis. I don't like tobacco or sweet flavors - I just got off the phone with a guy wanting more tobacco type liquid. I just sold him 30 ml a couple of days ago. He must be drinking it.
Sorry about being long winded about the mixing, but I'm very passionate and proud about this portion of our little business.
Regards,
Ron

You are not being long winded at all! I love hearing about ppl experiences! It's one of the things I love about this community. Ppl of all backgrounds coming together cause of vaping. It's something as smokers we did not have, right? There is just so much to be excited about, so many things to learn and so many juices to try! ;) it seems that u already have quite a few flavors, so u must be doing something right! :)

I look forward to trying some of your specialties in the future, I am pretty well stocked at the moment, but of course my tax ck should be here any minute, so u never know, lol. Take Care!
